Music players have no songs in them

I recently got a redmi 12 and all of the music players i try and download have no songs in them, is there any way to fix this?

You did not say anything about adding songs on your phone before trying the music players.

All of my previous phones had all songs already in the music players, they were all samsung so is this a redmi thing?
