Invalid My phone is answering calls by itself

Let me start by saying that the phone is not configured to automatically answer calls. That option is disabled.
Anytime someone calls the phone answers, even if I'm not around (is not a proximity sensor issue).

I have a MI 9 Pro 5G and MIUI EU 11.0.3 stable.

Can anyone help? This is very urgent.
