New my xiaomi note 9 phone is stuck in the rebootloop

so basically i was chill trying to make it charge, i unplug it and the phone randomly gets off, i try to turn it but its stuck trying to turn back then i press the volume buttoms to get in the main menu but this is stuck in a reboothloop just to get in the main menu miui recovery, but it starts in the rebooth loop making it impossible to press rebooot/safe mode setting
