Need help switching dialer on Xiaomi 11 Ultra

Hi,
I am using Xiaomi 11 Ultra, and the default Google dialer is not very good. I cannot search contacts by the last four digits, although it works fine on my old phone.

Is there any way to switch to Xiaomi dialer? Please help me fix this error.
