Need Help To Unlock The Phone

Hey Guys

I got a Xiaomi Note 3 pro and i can´t unlock it. Thats the Problem:
I start Fastboot on Phone and try to unlock it. Up to 50% a error message calls:

Couldn´t verify device.
Current account is different from the account info on the device
_________

...but it is the same account on the device. I tryed so much solutions.. nothing worked

I have no more idea please help me

You need to register your phone on i.mi.com

Is the official miui rom installed? Often with those spyware packed roms that these phones ship with it's not possible to unlock te bootloader.
