Resolved Network Location not working 2.4.27

As stated above, network location is not working.

solution:
just take the networkLocation.apk out of version 2.4.20 and copy it via filexplorer to sytem/app.set right permissions afterwards and reboot
i did that also with the monitor.apk
there was alot of chinese in it, took the one from 2.4.20 and all is fine^^

Worked perfectly. I've used Root Explorer because I don't know how to use MIUI File Explorer with system folder. Thanks.
