New Redmi 6 don't initiate MIUI system

I bought a Redmi 6. Since when the device arrived, the MIUI system does not turn on. The mobile phone is on the same home screen with only the Xiaomi logo. I try to connect it to the computers and the connection does not appear. What do I do?

Better flash an official ROM. Redmi 6/6A is an MTK device with higher kernel security, and since we don't have one of these, we can't solve it.
