New to MIUI!

I just have a couple of questions regarding Miui specifically, and backing up ROMS etc.
My first question is, I have a Samsung Galaxy s2 iI9100 and i want to install the JB version of MIUI. It seems there are a number of different types on the download page, though. For example: crespo, grouper etc.
What do these mean? What are the differences and how do i know which one applies to me?

My next question is, do i have to wipe all of my data every Friday for the new update? or can i make an update file and just wipe the cache then load the update through CWM?

You need the I9100 Version, and thanks to Samsung, there is no jb yet.
Wipe is not required every Friday, but sometimes it is recommended.

Actually i'm running JB on my s2 atm via CM10. It works pretty well, only some bugs, but i'd rather a MIUI version.
Is there an estimated release date?

Also, i notice people are creating their own builds of Miui. Is there any tutorial threads on how to go about doing this?
