New To Xiaomi and Miui

I'm from the UK and just ordered the 16GB Mi2s which should arrive in a few days

Any advice on what i need to do to get the phone up and running in the UK

I've been told i need to flash the ROM in order to get google serivces working. Never done any flashing of roms in my life so all help is appreciated
