New No signal and No outgoing calls.

I've flashed MIUI V5 ROM in my galaxy grand duos. Everything is ok. But a problem is there is no signal . And it's not allowing the outgoing calls. At that time of calling its popping up that " To place a call, please turnoff airplane mode " . But it was not in airplane mode. Please kindly fix it.
