No Updates Showing

I havd installed eu miui 6.1.21 rom on my Mi4..previously it had chineese M rom having same 6.1.21...now miui 6.1.28 rom is out in eu rom..but when i click check for updates it shows no updates...why?i have tried both stock and twrp reovery..
