[Noob question]Flash Xiaomi.eu rom on Global Beta

Hi all,

I am a new user on Redmi note 5 pro (Whyred) and I can unlock my bootloader this weekend.
I check my statut for anti-rollback and my device is in the anti-rollback squad (4) and I am on the last Global beta available (Miui 10 - 8.7.12).
I really want to use Xiaomi.eu rom and ******** rom (my favorite since Mi5S) but I don't want to brick my new toy.

So here is the question : may I flash the lastest Xiaomi.eu rom on Global Beta ?

I know many question and thread are opened for this subjects but I just want a confirmation.
