Not Receiving Notification From Apps.

I'm having trouble with notification from som apps, I don't receive them.
Most apps work, but for example SoundCloud does not work. I have tried every options in notification settings and battery settings and it doesn't help.

Does anyone else experience the same, or have a solution to this?

Try to reinstall SoundCloud

I have done that, reinstalled the app, cleared app data but it does not help. I installed a stable version of MIUI on my Mi2s and I receive notification like normal.

Mary it's a stable vs developer bug??

You have to enable 'auto-start' permission of the app from the security center.
