Invalid Notifications display incorrect MIUI 12.0.1 android 11

Notifications of chat apps display incorrect on MIUI 12.0.1 android 11, I installed latest version of MIUI based on android 11 on Redmi Note 9s and this bug was shown. I did "Wipe Data" and formated my device but not solved.
"Like" and "reply" and "mark as read" display as shown in the screenshot.
