Notifications Error Miui 8.5.2.0

Hi there,

I do get notifications in my status bar, however when I tap them to open they do not open....
Very frustrating... Also search function in status bar does not work.
Can anyone help me out please?

Enable start in background permission for these apps from the permissions app

I had given all permissions....

Reinstalled the Rom and now it's working...
