Invalid "OK Google" assistant not working with screen off (13.0.2)

I downloaded and install ROM EU 13.0.2 because I wanted to use OK Google with screen off, but it is still not working. OK Google only works with screen on.
I disabled battery optimization and gave all permissions to Google Assistant.
What's wrong?
Phone: Poco F3 & F2. Both not working
