Permissions App using a lot of battery

Hi folks,
Going through my battery stats for a few days I've realized that quite often the "Permissions" app uses a lot of CPU time causing some battery drain, could someone help me to understand if that's normal please?

If you root phone, dont install lposed. Use Zygisk from Magisk
