I just reboot my phone (I'm using the slide to reboot way) and it reboots and I unlock it wait 3 seconds and it reboots again and then works.
Also I've noticed that at the fist reboot the wallpaper is first black then shows up and after unlocking it says preparing/starting phone at the second reboot those two things don't happen, also if it's important I'm using the super wallpaper mountain.
