Photo Watermark

Hello everyone,

After changing from official ROM to Xiaomi.eu, my watermark changed also from "Mi 8 Pro" to "Mi 8 UD".

Is it a bug? How can I solve it?

Mi 8 Pro and Mi 8 UD are same devices, as UD means fingerprint Under Display. So that's not a bug at all

Thank you so much for the answer… At some point I was getting worried. I was thinking I did everything "by the book" when it comes to ROM change, and then got that watermark… Hopefully, afterall I did everything right.

We can use the watermark from Global ROM next time, that's a simple tweak.
The Mi 8 Pro is called Mi 8 UD in China, like said above.

I would love that tweak. Now I know that's the name in China (UD), but this is the .eu ROM, so… Makes sense to call it as it is in Europe..

This is just my opinion… Also, I would prefer personally to see "Mi 8 Pro" watermark.
