Play store and camera problem with 8.8.23 on Mi Max 3

Hello , I seem to have 2 problems, just freshly installed the rom on the MI Max 3
1- Playstore doesn't work. It keeps crashing even in background
2- Camera screen is completely black no buttons and no image

You may want to flash an older version. MIUI 10 8.8.9 (xiaomi.eu) is rock solid. 8.8.23 seems to have created lots of problems for people on the Mi Max 3.
