Can anyone help, I've unlocked many mi phones through the unlock tool bit never encountered this problem before, I just received my k30 pro zoom edition yesterday but rammed with Chinese characters. I tried numerous mi unlock tools and none work. I have added my mi account, in developer options I have also added them, I have turned on the unlock bootloader tab and usb debugging is activated. The message says in developer options that my account is added not to erase etc.... when I run the tool it says please add your account in Miui settings > Developer options > Mi Unlock status.
