I have fixed" Themes are not supported in your region" issue. i could not open theme app on my Redmi note 7 EU ROM . i have been searching solution in miui forum but i didn't get what i wanted to know.
But how i did it,
1. open setting
2. open installed apps / manage apps
3. open theme
4. clear cache then reboot.
the themes app perfectly run work again. Thanks
