poco c75 ultra battery saver - NO sms notification

Hi,

I got a Poco C75 a month ago, and yesterday I was in a remote site for work with a low battery.
I enabled ultra battery saver, and I noticed that for the SMS I received (for my work I need to receive authentication via SMS), I got NO SOUND and NO NOTIFICATIONS.
Is this for real? or a bug. Please let me know if it can be solved, as it seems to have very bad functionality.
