Poco PAD - changing ROM from Global to EU

Guys, I need your help. Few days ago I have bought Poco Pad with ROM: 2.0.205.0.VNSINXM
Is there safe way to change ROM from Global to EU.
I would like to download ROM: 2.0.206.0.VNSEUXM to my Poco Pad.
I assume I can not install Skyshowtime application because of having Global ROM.
Can anyone guide me step by step?
I can not install SkyShowtime app. In Google Play there is a note I can not install the app in my region.

I thought that installing EU ROM instead od Global ROM can be good idea.

Yes, you can change your Poco Pad from Global ROM to EU ROM, but you must unlock the bootloader, back up your data, and flash the official EU firmware carefully using Xiaomi’s Mi Flash Tool or recovery. After that, you should be able to install region-locked apps like SkyShowtime.
