POCO X6 Pro 5G and HyperOS.

I have bought several Xiaomi phones in the past. From the A2 to the Redmi Note 10 and now the POCO X6. The previous phones where delivered with the MUIOS. Those were the the days. I bought the POCO in october 2024. The hardware is perfect. No complaints there. But the big issue with the phone is the HyperOS. In HyperOS there were a number of bugs, one of the biggest was not being able to use Android Auto in my car, that resulted on bringing my old phone using the hotspot of my new phone. I was really glad that HyperOS 2 arrived. It solved the Android Auto issue, but now apps are constantly crashing. Mainly turning my phone back to the time that it was only used for phone-ing en messaging. I saw some custom roms and I am wondering could this be a solution. The only thing from preventing this phone against a wall is that I will lose communication with my wife. Can someone help with alternatives for using my phone? Alternate OS-es would be appreciated.

Why ask in our Q&A about alternative OS if this has nothing to do with our ROM? There's plenty of forums for that, like XDA.

This is a Xiaomi forum. So maybe people with same problems like me with an POCO X6 have a solution for it. But what is the difference of your HyperOS with the original one? I see here the HyperOs version number is higher.

I'm not about to write a 10-page list of the differences between our ROMs and official Global ROM...
