I recently wanted to update my Xiaomi 12 pro to WEEKLY 23.2.21. I had unlocked the bootloader a long time ago and was on the stock rom until now. When applying the hybrid rom via fastboot the phone hung and wouldn't turn on, the screen stayed black. Now it has been revived through the touchpoint method. The last time I bricked a device was over 10 years ago, so that is statistically quite ok.
Is there anything I should be aware of that won't happen to me again right now?
E.g. would TWRP be better?
