New Problem with localisation :(

Hi,I use newest MIUI 3.10.25 on my Newman K1 (Freelander i30) but have problems with localisation over WIFI.It doesnt work,have to turn GPS on,on WIFI doesnt work... Allso couple of programs doesnt work,MXPlayer (FC when push "Settings",YouTube have the same behaviuor) VLC,Bsplayer,Root Explorer doesnt al all...Any help?
