Now the phone no longer detects the sim and I no longer get on my MI account ... any of you have had the same problem ? How did you solve ?

From what I can see, the latest is 7.3.2.0, did you install that one? Did you do a clean install or did you flash it over the existing rom? If you flashed it over the existing rom, you should have wiped cache and dalvik from twrp. If nothing else helps, try reinstalling it.
