I'd like your help for a problem I encountered recently. My phone's bluetooth cannot pair with any binaural earphone whether it is bluetooth version 4.2 or 5.
The message on my screen is the following: "the tie-connection with "the device" was not fesiable because of a PIN wrong number or key access".
I have checked all my 4 devices with other phones and threre was no problem. It seem that my bluetooth has a problem. Maybe a commucination protocol has been lost after the latest update?
Could anyone please tell me if there is a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.
