Problems With Any Keyboard And Whatsapp

Hi guys, I have a very big problem with any keyboard (SwiftKey, gboard) and whatsapp.

Sometimes, when I return in whatsapp from another app, the keyboard doesn't appear when I tap in the space for typing a message.
I change the rom for my Mi note 3(i used the global and now I use the xiaomi EU) but the problem persist.
Is the phone? Or a software problem?

Every permission for twice App are OK, I forgot nothing.

Try restart your device. Sometimes happens with me and solve.
