proximitty sensor problem - mi 11 pro

hi ,
since ive got my phone , mi 11 pro , i still have the problem with the proximmitty sensor , which mean - The screen does not turn off when a call is received or outgoing and the phone is held close to the ear ץ
did someone have a solution to tis problem?
