In the stock ROM the Qualcomm Voice Assist app worked, in the xiaomi.eu even the play store tells me that my device is not compatible with the app, what could have happened?

yes is it true... that app working with the default voice assistant and make the phone to be active when the screen is off... so now with the screen off ok google or alexa not working... in Poco rom this feature is it by default. the phone in EEA version is certified Amazon Alexa.
