Reboot when apps install from market or titanium back up

I have tried to install my pro key for titanium back up and it downloads it but boots during install any auggestions?

I had the same prob. U may need to reinstall and wipe data/cache or it may be setcpu messing with it. I reflashed and never reinstalled setcpu and it solve my issue.
