Invalid Recovery Chinese language - Mi 11 Lite 5G (renoir) - Xiaomi EU 22.5.25

Recovery mode was in English, and after firmware updates from EU, Recovery became in Chinese.
How to fix it?

The recovery has nothing to do with our ROM. It's stock recovery that comes with the official ROM, untouched.
