Wich version should i install for this phone?

on Xiaomi.eu there are two versions available

HM4X_V8.2.16.0.MAMCNEA_v8-6.0.zip

And

HM4X_V8.2.8.0.MAMCNEA_v8-6.0.zip

Wich are the differences? thanks in advance!
