Redmi 4x Storage Question After Install Eu Rom

Yesterday i was flash xiaomibeu rom for Santoni (redmi 4x), but why storage after flash eu became same with global rom, just end result with (-/+) 9GB.
Are this normal?!.

I did "format data" and type "yes" from twrp, but still same, end result just 9GB (loot at screenshot).

Maybe any info guys?!.

This should be normal.

Your phone's storage space is divided into several partitions. The Android operating system has its own partition ("/system") separate from your files, photos etc. ("/data")

Unless you repartition the device still will not change.

On my 32GB Redmi 4X I have a little less than 20GB free. My /system partition is 3GB in size with 1.2GB free and there are a few more partitions too (cache, firmware, dev...), so that ends up at about 9GB "missing" space (similar to your device).

3GB system partition aren't to big?!.
I have MI4 LTE 2GB/16GB free storage 12GB.

No, I think 3GB is fine. 3GB leaves some space for future updates, in case Android gets bigger.

Repartitioning is quite a difficult task for non-technical users.

i think 3GB is to big for MM, 2GB max enough for system partition.
