I bought a Redmi note 10 Pro in 2021 and today morning when I wanted to check the Messenger chat - suddenly the screen went black and the phone died.
I tried everything with the power button, charger, also some physical slapping/tapping, took it to an independent GSM repair shop (they connected with a new battery), but nothing helped. Probably the motherboard has some issues.
I only want to recover the photos (family, events, kids, etc), the rest of the documents/apps/data are not important. Do you have any tips/tricks/guide whats next? Is there any way to save my private files?
