New Redmi note 14 pro plus camera not enabled

After installing the 2.0.11.0 release of Xiaomi EU, the camera doesn't work, it's not specific to the stock camera app, regardless of any app that tries to use it, the preview will remain black and no pictures can be taken, app permissions are set properly
