Redmi Note 2

My phone is stuck on the Mi logo, 1st screen after turning on, I have only had the phone about 5 weeks. Gearbest not been very helpful....
Do I need to do a quick reboot, have tried downloading the stable Rom from the Mi suite will download but will not open on my computer, anyone know what I may need.
