New Redmi Note 7 - Rotation issue watching videos on Youtube - MIUI 12

Hi. I don't if this happens to everybody, but on my Redmi Note 7, after I updated to MIUI 12 weekly, when I'm watching videos on Youtube and rotate the phone horizontally it freezes shortly. When the phone is in the horizontal position, the screen stays divided in two for a little while. In one half is the video and the other half is black. And I feel the phone a little bit sluggish.
