Redmi Note 8 Stable 11.0.3.0 install to 11.0.4.0 not Work

Hello People

Now i have the next Problem after the first steps to install the Stable Rom.

Actually i used the Stable 11.0.3.0 and it works perfect, but it gives a Bluetooth bug, when i turn off bluetooth and would later turn on there not more work again!
I must reboot the Phone than works again.

So now i would intstall the nehm stable ROM 11.0.4.0.
I flashed it with TWRP an the Updater, but everytime when i flash the new ROM, i cam int a TWRP Bootloop.

I dont know why.

Can anyone Tell me what i make wrong?
