Invalid Redmi note 8 stuck on "To place a call, first turn off airplane mode"

After i install the xiaomi.eu 20.12.2 my sim1 and sim2 stopped to make calls and receive sms, can anyone help? i flash other roms but doesnt work.

To place a call, first turn off airplane mode.

I already fixed this, just reset all your rn8, install the global rom and will work again, after this, install the xiaomi.eu again.
