sorry about that but my country come devices of china with china moded rom and its translate not completely and there is a lot of problems and of course cannot upgrade and of course you cant flash gloal rom on china phone
.
they come devices of china because our country has cdma sim and global phones doesn't have support of cdma sim so i hope that you will support this device because i cant try miui 14
