hello, after flash new rom my RN9P dont boot, PC, MiFlash, SP Flash tool wont detect my phone caonnected via USB, I tried reinstall USB drivers and ADB. Here is video what is happening

when phone is connected to PC it over and over shows logo then trun off for a 1 second and boot again to logo and turn off. What I can do to fix it?

Press and hold(for 5sec) Volume Up and Power.
And
Press and hold(for 5sec) Volume Down and Power.

Could you enter recovery or Fastboot Mode?

What happens If connect the charger cable to it?
