Redmi Note4 Global (mido) Strange Difference From Global Rom To Eu Stable Rom

Hi,

I've a Redmi Note 4 global (mido) and that happens: when i install the global rom the settings show me that i have "Redmi Note 4" phone but when i install the eu rom the same menu shows me that i have a "Redmi Note 4X" phone.

Is it correct?
