Redmi projector 3 china version

Hi,
My wife bought me the new redmi projector 3 as a present.. but she didn't notice it's the china version :-0. I was able to change the language to English but I cannot find a way to install Google Play or any store that allows me to download YouTube or any other not Chinese app. Does anyone know a way to do that? Also tried with uptodown store, but it gets stuck trying to identify the projector and does not install any app...
