New Redmi3 Pro No Sound Notification On Sms Messages

hey guys i am newbie on this.. hope is right subforum to ask

i dont have sound notification on incomming sms messages!

still on sended messages ,recepit confirmation it has sound!

i tryed all into settings

i have selected the tone and vibrate etc
i have just vibration no matter the selected ringtone

notification for email whatsapp skype all working , it have sound

but on sms messages, i have only vibration
, if i unselect vibrate , i get only led notification!

how to solve
miui is latest 8.6.12.29
