Remove ADS app poco f3 miui 13

Hi, im new to this so sorry for this noob question.
I have a poco f3 updated with the stock rom ti miui 13 but (as the versione before) its full of preinstalled app ( even the mi ones) full of ADS. Ora there a way to remove that apps and change them with free no -ads ones? (Even of i have ti install another rom)

Best way is to unlock bootloader and flash EU custom Rom from this forum.
