Remove/translate the MIUI chinese apps

Hello, I just got my MI2S from Xiaomiworld, it's amazziiing! But There are a lot of chinese apps! Is there a way to translate them of delete? Thanks

Do a factory reset from Settings.

If you want to delete them, turn on the Root. Then open Total commander and go to /system/apps and there delete undesired apps, but do it with caution and check first which apps are safe to delete. Afterwards just reboot your phone and voilà... those apps are gone.
