Invalid [REQUEST] Power menu blocking on secure lockscreen

Older MIUI got this (forgot what version).
It would be wonderful to have this back, together with the already implemented statusbar blocking on secure lockscreen will make the phone more secure.
Just have it as an option so people who dislike this can just disable it to have original MIUI behavior, just like the statusbar.

Why? Anyone would easily reboot the phone using hardware keys for hard reboot. (Volume up + power). What good would hiding the power menu do?

they answer is in your statement: hard reboot, NOT power off, thus if the thief is moron enough (not hard-resetting it), it would be still trackable coz they can't power it down / put in airplane mode....
